WIN is committed to achieving positive culture change in academic research, particularly with respect to equality, diversity and inclusion. This work is underpinned by a strategic plan that centres around a different topic of focus during each academic year. Each focus topic is developed into a set of initiatives by an associated working group, with oversight from our Management Board. While our strategic aims focus on specific groups or issues, we aim to take an intersectional approach in all our activities.
