Data management and security

Much of the data we collect is considered 'personal data', and therefore falls under the rules of the GDPR. The OxCIN Information Security for Researchers guidance document contains information about how to ensure compliance with regulations around storing and sharing data securely.

Note that due to the possibility of re-identifying individuals from MRI and MEG data, we no longer recommend uploading data to public repositories. Instead, we can provide support in setting up a data sharing agreement with specific collaborators.
