In March we hosted another visit from the university's Young Sport Leaders (SDGImpact Lab) programme, welcoming 45students from three local secondary schools for an afternoon of MRI scanner demos and hands-on Football on the Brain activities at our research centre on the JR hospital site.

Activities included brain card games, scoring goals with our vision-impairing prism goggles to learn about brain plasticity, and learning about how chronic pain and decision-making research relate to sport.
