My lab’s research interests include:
- mathematical modelling of diffusion weighted MR
- comparisons of in-vivo, ex-vivo, and histological techniques in humans and non-human primates
- human-macaque comparative anatomy
- microstructure modelling with novel MR pulse sequences
- models of individual variation in brain function
- dynamic (incl. diffusion) MR spectroscopy analysis
- brain connectivity modelling
