Please read the following documents if you are requesting card access to the OHBA building:

OHBA building guide

OHBA magnet safety instructions

OHBA fire safety instructions

OHBA accident reporting guidelines

To activate card access to OHBA you need to attend a magnet safety training session annually.

If you need private space for a short period during the day, for example for breastfeeding, pumping, praying or rest, you are welcome to use the Psychiatry Quiet Room located in the Wellcome Building, Room 6, Ground Floor. You need to request access to this room beforehand by e-mailing Reception at reception@psych.ox.ac.uk or the Head of Department Office at hod@psych.ox.ac.uk. You do not need to provide any details or the reasons why you would like access in your e-mail, please do feel welcome to just ask. They will send you instructions for booking and accessing the room.

For more detail about facilities and route descriptions for OHBA and our other locations, see here.
