Post-doctoral research assistant
I am a Post-Doctoral Research Assistant in the Translational NeuroStimulation Lab led by Prof Jacinta O'Shea.
My research focuses on the application of non-invasive brain stimulation in depression treatment. I am interested in understanding the mechanisms of action of brain stimulation treatment and testing new approaches to improving its efficacy.
I completed my DPhil under the supervision of Prof Jacinta O'Shea and Prof Michael Browning, and investigated the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation on reward and punishment learning in depression.
Prior to my DPhil I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social, Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience at the Freie Universität Berlin.
