Join graduate course students for an introduction to Open Science practices and basic Git commands. We’ll explore the importance of sharing your data, what to share, and how to make it accessible and reusable, with a special focus on MRI-specific considerations. The session will also provide a brief overview of platforms like GitHub and GitLab, including a practical example and an introduction to Git’s “Lingua Franca,” making version control and collaboration approachable for everyone. This is an introductory session, so if you’re not yet a seasoned researcher deeply immersed in Open Science and Git, you’ll likely find it both useful and (hopefully) convincing.
